When you arrive at Kelvin Timber Hamilton, please drive into the yard and at the RIGHT handside of the entrance you will see our parking bays.

STEP 2: FIND A SPACE

There are 5 spaces to park marked with white lines. Be aware of your surroundings when you enter.

STEP 3: PARKING

Please ensure you park your van/car facing the building, we no longer can accept reversing into the yard, this will keep our staff and especially you safe.

STEP 4: WALK SAFELY

When you leave your car, or enter on foot, please follow the footpath along the black fence towards the building, this keeps you away from anyone who is being loaded and out of harm.

STEP 5: LOOK FOR ENTRANCE

Once you are clear of the parked vehicles, walk along the footpath, until you see our entrance. You will have arrived safely into our yard.

STEP 6:ENJOY SHOPPING

Welcome, you have arrived following our safety guidelines. Enjoy your shopping and if you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask.

LOADING

At Kelvin Timber, we greatly value the safety and well-being of our customers and staff. When loading your car or van, we kindly ask that you adhere to our safety guidelines for everyone's peace of mind.

STEP 1: VEHICLE SWITCHED OFF

When we are loading your vehicle, your vehicle must be switched off at all times and you should either remain in your vehicle or on the designated pedestrian walkway while the FLT is delivering materials to your vehicle.  The FLT will enter the loading area at the bay number where the vehicle is parked and lower the materials into the hatched loading bay area behind your vehicle.

STEP 2: LOADING YOUR VEHICLE

You should not enter the loading bay area until the FLT has returned to the FLT operating area. You should then load your vehicle with the materials and if required a member of staff may aid you with this. Should there be any other customers loading their vehicles at the same time please remain on the walkway or in your vehicle with the ignition switched off.

STEP 3: NO LOADING BAY

Should there be more customer vehicles on the site than customer loading bays available, PLEASE  park opposite the parking bays next to the wall on the other side of the site. You will then be instructed to remain within your vehicle, by a member of staff, until a parking bay becomes available, and you can exit your  vehicle safely onto a pedestrian walkway.
