1. Eligibility:
   • The Blue Light & Defence Card discount is available to customers who hold a valid Blue Light Card or Defence Card.
   • Customers must present their Card in-store at the time of purchase to avail of the discount.
2. Discount Details:
   • The Blue Light Card & Defence discount entitles the cardholder to a 10% discount on most products available in-store – see terms below.
   • The discount may vary for third-party products such as doors, windows, and other specified items. Please inquire in-store for specific discount rates on such products.
3. Verification:
   • Blue Light & Defence Cardholders must verify their eligibility by presenting their physical  Card at the time of purchase.
   • Digital or photocopies of the Card will not be accepted for verification purposes.
4. In-Store Redemption:
   • The Blue Light & Defence Card discount is applicable for in-store purchases only and cannot be redeemed online.
   • Customers must inform the cashier of their intention to use the Card discount before the transaction is completed.
5. Exclusions:
   • The Blue Light & Defence Card discount cannot be combined with any other ongoing promotions, discounts, sales or offers unless explicitly stated.
   • The discount does not apply to gift cards, delivery charges, or any other non-product fees.
