At Kelvin Timber, we’re committed to providing top-notch service for our customers, and that includes flexible delivery and collection choices. While we are currently refining our delivery matrix, we’re excited to offer an incredible flat delivery rate of only £24 for customers within Glasgow and its surrounding areas (our 2 sites are in Hamilton & Milngavie) – delivered within 3-5 days. We also offer 1-2 Days Delivery at low cost of only £34 for local customers, this has changed from 1-2 days during the summer as we are really busy, it will revert back to 1-2 days after our busy period, sorry for any inconvenience. Excluding special orders like LPD Doors & Velux – If you place an order with these suppliers we need to book them special in to store so please add another 3-5 working days. Lastly we do offer Free Delivery for all local customers if they place an order to the value of £750 or more which will be delivered within 1-5 days. This fantastic value sets us apart from other timber suppliers, ensuring you get the best deal possible. This includes all in-stock timber & building supplies products and if you would rather we delivered your Third-Party products to save costs, then ask for it to be delivered to store instead of delivery direct.
To ensure timely delivery, please note that the cut-off time for placing orders eligible for 1-2 day delivery on working days is 1:00 PM. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following working day.
For those seeking a hands-on approach, we’re pleased to offer a convenient ‘Collect in Store’ option. You’re welcome to personally pick up your order from our location, allowing you to save on delivery costs and connect directly with our team. Please ensure your item is in stock for collection the Same Day. We will email you when you can collect your item, so please wait for confirmation.
