LPD Delivery & Returns
Delivery & Returns – LPD Doors & Hardware
Delivery:
Once your order is placed, we’ll contact LPD to book your doors/hardware.
Your order will first arrive at our depot. As soon as it arrives, we’ll be in touch to arrange delivery to you.
Delivery usually takes 5–10 working days (subject to LPD’s schedule).
- Need your doors faster? Head over to our main website Homestyle you can place an order direct from LPD at there shipping costs with delivery timescales from 3 to 5 days depending on your area.
Deliveries are kerbside as standard. Our drivers always try to help get items closer to your door where possible, but this is at the driver’s discretion.
If your order also includes Kelvin Timber products (not supplied by LPD or another supplier), we’ll deliver everything together in one drop.
Inspection on Delivery:
Please check your doors carefully before signing for delivery.
If you notice any visible defects, do not accept the delivery – deny it and notify us immediately.
If an issue is noticed after delivery, you must let us know within 3 days so we can raise this with LPD.
We cannot be held responsible if doors are not inspected upon arrival, or if issues are only raised later when your joiner or installer attends.
Returns & Restocking:
As these are third-party supplier doors, returns are subject to LPD’s policies.
Unwanted doors may be returned, but a 10% restocking fee will apply.
Doors must be in their original condition and packaging for any return to be considered.
Please note: we cannot guarantee returns will be accepted if LPD refuse them, so it is vital to check goods on delivery.
