Kelvin Timber Delivery & Collection Information

At Kelvin Timber, we aim to provide flexible and reliable delivery options tailored to your needs. Please review the details below for both UK-wide and local delivery services.

UK-Wide Delivery (Flat Rates with VAT Included). We can only delivery directly from the supplier with the items below. Anything else please send us a quote request and we can speak to our delivery partners to see if they can deliver your product requirements. CLICK HERE

  • Artificial Grass: £22.80 (inc. VAT)
  • Stair Parts & Accessories: £48 (inc. VAT)
  • Velux Windows: £60 (inc. VAT for up to 10 items)

Delivered directly from the supplier within 3-5 working days.

London Postcodes: There is a Congestion Surcharge of £15 added to Direct Delivery Shipping from suppliers, we do have a delivery partner down there to deliver our timber products to you so please get in touch for a QUOTE.

Local Delivery – We have several options available to our local customers. We will contact you about your delivery as soon as we have processed your order to confirm your delivery day. If the item is being delivered by supplier direct we will let you know.

Large Item Delivery (Decking, Doors, Grass etc)

  • Fast Delivery (1-2 working days):  £27
  • FREE DELIVERY Spend Over £499* on in-store products.

Some of our Direct Delivery from Suppliers do not have option of 1-2 Days so you will only be presented with Standard Shipping at checkout.

Orders are not made up until you arrive in store. Due to the nature of products we cannot build your order incase of any reason you cannot make it, due to the small space in our car parks.

We're thrilled to extend our delivery services beyond the West of Scotland, but with the unique logistics involved, we can't guarantee immediate availability in all areas. However please get in touch if you have added to your cart products that we sell locally, we can speak to our partners and get a price. Please see all information below.

If you’re located outside our local area in the UK and wish to purchase items such as decking, fencing, paving etc that we cannot deliver directly, we have delivery partners across the UK who may be able to assist with your order.

We will promptly coordinate with our trusted suppliers to evaluate the feasibility of your request and provide you with a quote.

Please be aware that the final delivery cost will be set by our suppliers to ensure transparency and fairness.

Quote Form

A member of our team will review your request on weekdays and Saturdays until 1:00 pm. They’ll promptly communicate with our supplier to determine if we can fulfill your order, and if so, they’ll provide you with a quote encompassing both materials and delivery.

Our delivery schedules typically fall within 5 working days, potentially offering swifter turnaround compared to other providers. This is because we will be in contact with suppliers closer to your area which not only offers a speedier delivery but also much cheaper than a supplier who may deliver direct from there store.

FAQ'S

Can I choose a set day for delivery?

Yes! When placing your order please leave a message in the 'comments' requesting the day you wish us to deliver and any specific delivery requirements. Please ensure to pick a date in relation to the speed of delivery selected. We cannot guarantee this however we are happy to accommodate if we can. We will let you know after your orders processed

What happens after I place my order?

As soon as your orders placed, we will process your order then email you to confirm the order has been received. We will let you know which store will be delivering and there contact details. The selected store will be passed your order to process as soon as they have checked the stock etc., a team member will either call or email you to book in delivery or advise your collection is ready. No need to contact us. This is all done during our working hours Mon - Fri 9.00am - 4.45pm.If orders place at the weekend then we will be in touch with you on Monday morning.

Can I change My Order?

Yes! If you have made a mistake please contact the team right away. An email will be sent to you with which store is dealing with your order. The team are always happy to accommodate this, for urgency please go the contact us page. Unless the order has dispatched with our direct suppliers then this will be different. You may need to accept delivery then return, however we will speak to the suppliers as there policies are different.

I can't find the product I need online, can you get it for me?

We are sorry you cannot find what you're looking for, we're constantly adding new products to the website, in the meantime please contact your local branch and they will endeavour to find the items you need. Currently we only sell about 50% of our products online so no doubt we may stock your required items in-store.

Can I collect My Order Right Away?

Please allow us time to contact you about your order. We initially email you to confirm receipt that we have received your order and then its sent to the store you wish to collect. They will check stock before your arrival. As soon as this has been confirmed the team will either call or email you about your collection. This is all done rapidly so no need to wait long on an update.

Can I provide Delivery Instructions?

Yes! We urge you to leave any delivery concerns for smaller street access, leave with neighbour, extra contact numbers etc. When placing your order there is an option to leave a note, please fill out delivery requirements here. Our team will acknowledge this when contacting you about your delivery.
