About Competition

1. Eligibility:

   • The competition is open to everyone from the West Of Scotland except individuals who work for Kelvin Timber .
   • Employees of Kelvin Timber are not eligible to participate.

2. How to Enter:

Participants must:

• • 1.like the Facebook post  (this will help us identify you if you win)
  • 2.Follow our page Kelvin Timber Ltd ,
  • 3. Share the post

 Added Bonus subscribe to our newsletter for an additional entry.

Each participant can enter the competition once.

1. Competition Period:

   • The competition begins on 24/11/2023 and ends on 15/12/2023.
   • Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.

2. Prize:

   • The winner will receive  a PlayStation 5.
   • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize.

3. Winner Selection:

   • The winner will be selected through a number randomiser.
   • The winner will be announced on 16th Dec 2023 on Kelvin Timbers website and social media platforms.
   • We will not ask you to click on any links etc or ask for any personal information like card numbers (recently this happened on our post, this was not us). we will announce to you first before we post it on social media.

4. Notification of Winners:

   • The winner will be notified via direct message
   • If the winner does not respond within 3 days, another winner will be selected.

5. Publicity:

   • By entering the competition, participants agree to the use of their name and image for promotional purposes related to the competition.

6. Data Protection:

   • Personal information provided during the competition will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition and will not be shared with third parties.

7. Disqualification:

   • Kelvin Timber reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not comply with the rules or that are deemed inappropriate.

8. Changes to the Competition:

• Kelvin Timber reserves the right to alter or cancel the competition at any time.

11. Legal Requirements:

• This competition is subject to all applicable local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
• Our promotion isn’t “sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook in any way”.
